How to perform it
- 1Set a bench to a 30-45 degree incline.
- 2Press dumbbells up until arms are extended above the upper chest.
- 3Lower with control until upper arms are roughly parallel to the floor.
Form tips
- A 30 degree incline keeps the emphasis on the upper chest rather than shoulders
Common mistakes
- Incline set too steep
- Dropping the dumbbells too fast
